Shagun is an international development professional, currently working on human rights issues in Southeast Myanmar. She has experience working with local and international NGOs, and the United Nations, and her regional expertise lies in South and Southeast Asia. She holds a master’s degree in global governance and diplomacy, and has published on regional security and development issues with the Observer Research Foundation, Delhi, and UNOPS Myanmar.
